Ritch Noel and Karamjit Singh
Ritch Noel has been involved in the trucking industry since 1985. In 2000, he became aware of the negative growth in the forestry sector and decided he would advocate for those in need on a full-time basis. He has an extensive knowledge and background in the trucking industry. He opened up his own paralegal company in Dryden, Ontario, Sunset Country Paralegal. He is an invaluable asset to Northwest Paralegals providing support and direction to the team.
Karamjit Singh has over 30 years of experience in the trucking industry. He is the owner of Traffic Ticket Links in Brampton, Ontario and provides legal services in the area of Provincial Offences. He is a specialist with Ministry of Transportation charges and prides himself on providing the best representation for his clients in the Brampton region.
In 2014, Ritch Noel joined forces with Karamjit Singh and opened Northwest Paralegals in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Northwest Paralegals is committed to providing an affordable voice with effective representation anywhere in Ontario.
Elizabeth Hewitson graduated from the Paralegal Program at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario. After graduation, she re-located to Thunder Bay where she took work as a Paralegal. During her time in Thunder Bay, she opened a firm but has since left to explore different opportunities. She specializes in Highway Traffic Act matters and appears in the Provincial Offences Court on a regular basis in the Northwest region. She also provides assistance in the areas of small claims, landlord and tenant matters and all other provincial offences matters as a licensee of the Law Society of Ontario. She obtained certification from Osgood Hall Law School in Provincial Offences Court Practice. She is now providing legal services for Criminal Code charges as well. She is committed to providing excellent legal representation to her clients.
Christine Stewart graduated with honors from Sheridan College in Brampton Ontario. After spending several years working in her field, she opened up her own office in Oakville Ontario while acting as a part-time professor at Sheridan College. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of Landlord and tenant disputes and civil litigation, including small claims. She relocated to Thunder Bay to provide legal services to the Northwest Region. She attended the Osgoode Hall School of Law and obtained a certificate in Provincial Offences Court Practice. Christine prides herself in continuing to expand her areas of expertise through education, and by keeping abreast of current legislative changes. She is committed to providing excellent legal representation to the Northwest communities.
Kayla Cavner is our office administrator. She is a graduate of the Office Administration Program at Confederation College in Thunder Bay and successfully completed her program at the top of her class. She is a master multi-tasker and has a keen attention to detail. Kayla is the frontline for Northwest Paralegals and always strives to assist our clients the best way she can. She is dedicated to providing excellent service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Leejah Myllyaho is our administrative assistant. She graduated at the top of her class and obtained a diploma in Office Administration at Confederation College. She has also obtained a certificate in Business Fundamentals. She is presently enrolled in the Business Accounting Program at Confederation College in Thunder Bay. She is responsible for the financial aspect of the office and takes pride in the work she does. She is friendly and welcoming to everyone who attends the office and will always strive to ensure client needs are met.
